Wall and floor sawing uses a diamond-bladed saw running on a fixed guide track to cut a straight, controlled line through concrete, brick or masonry. It's the method of choice wherever a clean edge matters and breaking out by hand would be slower, rougher, or risk disturbing more of the structure than necessary.
We cut vertically into walls and horizontally into floor slabs, sizing the equipment to the job — from a compact wall saw for a single doorway to larger floor saws for service trenches and slab removals.

Mark out & structural check
We confirm what's load-bearing and agree cut lines, working with a structural engineer where the opening affects the building's structure.
Track set-up
A rail-mounted wall saw or floor saw is fixed in place, with a water feed to the blade throughout the cut.
Controlled cutting
The cut is made in passes rather than one deep pass, keeping the blade and the surrounding structure under control.
Panel removal
Cut sections are craned out, lifted, or broken down for removal depending on size and site access.
Making good
Cut edges are finished and, where an opening affects the load path, temporary or permanent support is confirmed before we leave.
